Zeffin Quinn Hollis' SINGING ACTORS' LAB is back, with a Winter Session beginning JANUARY 30. The five-class session focuses on the fusion of singing and acting as a means of powerful storytelling. Classes will meet on Tuesday nights, 7:00 - 10:30pm and is limited to 12 performers. All participants work every class.
Classical singers are often told the perfunctory concern in performance is to produce sound rather than engage in story and point of view. "Its all about the voice!"
Recent musical theater teaching has focused on throwing away the song completely for the sake of drama. "It's all about the acting!"
The truth is: those being hired have a great balance of BOTH.
GET HIRED by producing great performances with a true FUSION of acting and singing through sustained storytelling.
GET INSPIRED in an environment of performers from all mediums of song (classical, musical theater, and pop/rock) to find your own unique artistry.
ACT FAST - this class sells out quickly! For more information and to register: singingactorslab.com
